What happens when you use the enquiry form
The form on this website collects information in your browser and uses it to create a WhatsApp message draft addressed to Sapient Software. The website itself does not store that information.
What information you may choose to share
You may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, and a description of the help you need.
Forms and where submissions go
Where a form on this site stores a submission — for example, to email you a requested document — it is processed on our behalf by Zoho, our form and customer-relationship provider, under Zoho’s data-processing terms. We use what you submit for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and the follow-up conversation you asked for. We do not sell contact details or add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as the conversation they belong to is live, plus a reasonable period for follow-up. If you'd like your details removed sooner, ask — we'll remove them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Consistent with Namibia’s data-protection direction (POPIA in South Africa, and equivalent principles here), we only process what you knowingly give us.
Third-party services
If you continue with a WhatsApp draft, the information is then handled by WhatsApp according to WhatsApp’s own policies. External fonts and LinkedIn links may also involve third-party providers when you use them.
